Hello Loves!
I know I don’t normally start out that way, but I love when it works. I am also going to work our writing prompt a little differently this month.
I was walking in the woods nearby recently and a song I had not thought about floated into my head. It felt like an invitation, a reminder and an intention all in one, so I am sharing it here with you.
I’d encourage you to set-up your writing space. Clear the table. Make a cup of tea, light a candle —don’t dismiss intentionality and space setting. It can really make a difference.
Listen to this song let it wash over you.
As the year is winding down, as we enter the time of internal reflection I ask you to answer this question:
How have I measured this year?
Write down the first ten things that happened this year that come to mind. Don’t filter. Just let the mind offer what rises up.
What is your mind measuring?
Sit with what arises and let me know below of any insights that come. It’s been a tricky year—but we are still granted 525,600 minutes no matter what; for us to do as we wish, as we are called, and as we believe we can.
Celebrating you and the magic to come,
Kate
